Cars being burglarized…

Earlier this week a couple of neighbors reported their “unlocked” cars being burglarized. Their cars were not damaged, but items from the inside were stolen. The police were called and a report has been filed. This was not only occurring in Richmond Hills but some of our surrounding neighborhoods as well. Please be sure to call the police if you see any suspicious activity.

Gate Update

Just before the holidays, a small four door car was seen “ramming” the gate until it would open. One of our residents was walking their dog and saw the vehicle ramming but the car left before they could write down a license plate. Our neighbor did file a police report. The damage was not very severe and will be repaired shortly. Our service company is a little backed up because […]

Gate Repaired!

As of 12:30pm today, the gate has been fixed.  Thanks for notifying the Richmond Hills Trustees regarding the broken gate.   We were also notified it was posted on the “Next Door website.  In the future, please contact us via Richmond Hills website.  You can post on here or click on the Contact button on the Home page.

2017 Richmond Hills Dues Reminder

The dues letters were distributed in June and 2017 dues in the amount of $200 per home were due by August 1, 2017. Thank you to everyone who has paid their 2017 dues! If you haven’t paid your dues, please send a check made out “Trustees of Richmond Hills Subdivision” to Bryan Martin, Treasurer at 9049 Saranac. Please pay dues as soon as possible. Thank you!

Gate Update No. 3 – July 26

Things continue to move forward with the gate project. Work will begin as early as this afternoon. Below is the scheduled timeline. If all goes as planned, the new gate will be ready for use by next week (the first week of August). 7/26 – Disconnect the operators for the fence contractor. 7/27-7/28 – Remove the gates and set the posts.  The concrete will set over the weekend. 7/31 – Installation of the […]

Concerns about construction traffic at Greenridge and McKnight Woods

Concerns have been shared regarding the construction traffic at Greenridge and McKnight Woods. The home owner where the construction is taking place has been contacted. She understands our concerns and has agreed to ask her contractor to not use Greenridge for construction work. If you continue to have concerns regarding this or any other issue feel free to reach out to one of the neighborhood trustees.
