July 9, 2019 Gate Update

Hi Everyone, Our McCutcheon gate has not been very reliable this summer. We are working with our gate contractor to figure out what is wrong. The gate is currently not opening. We hope this can be resolved in the next few days. Thank you for your patience with us! Richmond Hills Patriots Parade!

Thank you to Becca Medler and the Medler family for organizing our neighborhood’s first Patriots Parade! The parade was a huge success and included dogs, cozy coupes, bikes, strollers, and even a golf cart. Thank you to all those who showed their USA pride and participated in this special neighborhood event. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Gate Update – June 8, 2019

Hi Neighbors! One of the neighbors notified us this morning that the gate on McCutcheon was having issues. One of the arms has disconnected from the base so only half of the gate is opening right now. It does not appear that anyone hit the gate and it should be an easy fix. We will contact the company for a repair. Thank you for your patience while we address this.

Crime Report-please be aware!

We have received a report that on the morning of Friday, May 17th, The home at 9053 Saranac was broken into. The perpetrator(s) were spooked once the alarm went off. They never entered the house, only broke the back door glass attempting to reach the lock. The police have been called and a report has been made. McKnight Sidewalk

Just an FYI for everyone. Our treasurer Carlos attended the meeting regarding the new sidewalk on McKnight. (Thanks Carlos!). The county has decided to put the sidewalk on the west side and will not cause any changes at our entrances. I am posting pictures of the maps with the new plans. Richmond Hills Night Out – Oct. 2nd

Just a quick reminder… The Richmond Heights Police/Fire Departments are coming for the annual night out on October 2nd.  We will update everyone shortly on the time.  They will be providing hot dogs, buns, soda/water and ice.  The Trustees will provide condiments, plates, etc…  If you plan on attending, please bring a side dish or appetizer.
