Neighborhood Meeting – New Date!

Thank you for your patience as we have continued to delay our annual meeting, which typically takes place in May! We can no longer hold our meeting at The Heights due to the covid-19 precautions in place. We want to hold the meeting in a safe way, and we want residents to feel comfortable. Here are the new details:

Richmond Hills Neighborhood Meeting

Tuesday, July 21

6pm-7pm

9018 Greenridge Drive – Dickherber’s driveway and back yard

Please maintain a safe social distance. Masks encouraged.
We hope to see you there. We will be voting on a new president and trustee at the meeting. If you do not feel comfortable attending, let us know and we can schedule a time to share the agenda and talk through any items with you by phone.

Dues

If you are behind on dues payments, you will be getting a formal demand letter from us next week. Please make an effort to pay your 2019 dues of $250. Checks should be made out to Richmond Hills Subdivision Association and mailed to Carlos Hirsch, 9053 Monmouth Drive, 63117. Dues letters for 2020 will be dropped off in August.

Safety

As the weather gets warmer, we need to remember to continue to take safety precautions! Lock your cars, bring valuables inside, and turn on exterior lights. Please report any crimes to the Richmond Heights Police. The non-emergency number for the police is 314.655.3630. You can follow the Richmond Heights police on Facebook to get crime updates, or check their website for valuable information and safety resources. Remember, if you are going out of town, you can set up a vacation safety check for your house with the police department!
