Just before the holidays, a small four door car was seen “ramming” the gate until it would open. One of our residents was walking their dog and saw the vehicle ramming but the car left before they could write down a license plate. Our neighbor did file a police report.
The damage was not very severe and will be repaired shortly. Our service company is a little backed up because of the holidays. Trustees are working on a plan to prevent this in the future. However, earlier this year, we got our gate insured.
