Concerns have been shared regarding the construction traffic at Greenridge and McKnight Woods. The home owner where the construction is taking place has been contacted. She understands our concerns and has agreed to ask her contractor to not use Greenridge for construction work. Things are moving forward with the gate project. We made the decision to replace the gate rather than repair the gate. This seems to be the best long term solution given the information we have received as well as the research we have done. As you know, the McCutcheon entry gate was damaged a couple of weeks ago. The Trustees have obtained two bids and are evaluating them. We hope to sign a contract in the next day or two.
